2. Project Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a project:

• If no work has started, a full refund may be issued.

• If the project has started, we will refund a proportionate amount based on completed work.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Completed SEO, ad, or content campaigns

• Graphic design or creative assets already delivered

• Monthly subscription or retainer-based services once the month has begun
